Legal Advisor:
Experience 2 - 5 years
Job Location: JM Road, Pune
Responsible for handling end-to-end legal support for real estate operations, including litigation and court matters, legal documentation, title search and verification, and regulatory compliance. Manages property transactions, resolves client and stakeholder legal issues, coordinates with external advocates, and ensures risk mitigation through dispute resolution, legal reporting, and monitoring of market and regulatory developments
GRE/Front Desk Executive:
Experience: 1 - 3 years
Job Location: FC Road & Hinjewadi Phase 2, Pune
Responsible for managing front desk operations, welcoming visitors, handling inquiries, coordinating with internal teams, maintaining records, and ensuring a professional first point of contact for clients and guests. Supports administrative tasks and enhances overall customer experience.
Sourcing Executive:
Experience: 3 - 5 years
Job Location: FC Road & Hinjewadi Phase 2
Identify and source land/properties through brokers, agents, and direct owners Conduct market research and feasibility studies. Coordinate site visits and collect property details. Liaise with internal legal, sales, and finance teams. Support negotiations and acquisition processes. Maintain sourcing reports and databases. Track local market trends and competitor activity.
Store Executive
Experience: 3 - 5 years
Job Location: Marketyard, Pune
Responsible for managing site store operations, including receipt, storage, and issuance of construction materials, inventory control, stock reconciliation, record maintenance, and coordination with purchase and project teams to ensure smooth site operations.
Sr. Purchase Executive:
Experience: 4 - 6 years
Job Location: JM Road, Pune
Leads procurement activities for real estate projects, including strategic sourcing, vendor development, contract negotiation, cost optimization, purchase planning, and timely material delivery.
